Hi, I’m Tim Guidroz, a Realtor with Parish & County Properties, specializing in land, hunting and recreational properties, fishing camps, and waterfront properties in Louisiana and Mississippi. Growing up in Southeast Louisiana, the outdoors has always been my passion — from catching redfish in the marshes of Cocodrie to chasing turkeys in the hills of Wilkinson County, Mississippi.

After starting my career in the petrochemical industry, I realized my true calling was helping others find their perfect camp, hunting tract, or recreational retreat. Today, I guide buyers and sellers through the unique world of Louisiana and Mississippi rural land, timberland, and waterfront property transactions.
